Recognizing the epidemic of escalating violence in urban communities, GCM's goal, through education, mentoring and assistance at the neighborhood level, is to come alongside members in the community to be a force for strengthening and developing safe neighborhoods for families to live in and raise their children.

A Repairer Of The Breach

GCM recognizes that the strength of any community is it's underpinnings and cohesiveness. GCM believes in imparting through mentoring relationships the moral and ethical teachings of Jesus Christ as He taught them to men during His Earthly ministry. The same guidance is now available to all men without discrimination through the teachings of the Holy Scripture. GCM Believes that in modeling these values to the community at the neighborhood level, communities will be strengthened to resist the onslaught of violence and crime.

The long-term strength and viability of any nation, community or society, as history shows, is highly dependent upon a culture of stability for younger generations. GCM is committed to coming alongside families and youth at the neighborhood level; to partner with them to strive for goals of literacy and overall high academic achievement. This, as history shows, together with sound moral underpinnings strengthen the foundations of those societies which place a high priority on these goals.
